Our Team

Qualified, passionate and experienced teachers, excellent ratios and an innovative curriculum ensure all children attending The Treehouse on Ranolf receive the best in Education and Care.

At The Treehouse on Ranolf we believe that our relationships with children should be based on respect and affection. By providing support and warmth, children feel free to 'flourish' in an environment which promotes their health and nurtures their well-being.

Children learn and develop best when they are extended in this way by teachers who are responsive and who share with the child an understanding of the world. As a teaching team we value the importance of children's play and encourage our children to have fun in developing meaningful learning experiences.

As a teaching team we aim to empower children to be happy and inquisitive learners in an environment that fosters the socio cultural aspect of development.

We believe and value the importance of a small, natural and homelike ece setting with fantastic Child to Teacher ratios

Our quality teacher to child ratios are:

  • 1 teacher to: 4 Children for children under 2 years of age.
  • 1 teacher to 6 or 2 teachers to 18 children for children aged over 2 years of age.
