Qualified, passionate and experienced teachers, excellent ratios and an innovative curriculum ensure all children attending The Treehouse on Ranolf receive the best in Education and Care.
At The Treehouse on Ranolf we believe that our relationships with children should be based on respect and affection. By providing support and warmth, children feel free to 'flourish' in an environment which promotes their health and nurtures their well-being.
Children learn and develop best when they are extended in this way by teachers who are responsive and who share with the child an understanding of the world. As a teaching team we value the importance of children's play and encourage our children to have fun in developing meaningful learning experiences.
As a teaching team we aim to empower children to be happy and inquisitive learners in an environment that fosters the socio cultural aspect of development.
“The centre’s philosophy emphasises child-led learning, social skills development, the environment as the third teacher, and developing children’s awareness of bicultural and multi-cultural perspectives. These values are continually reflected in the daily programme and in the positive relationships between teachers and children. A calm, settled and family-like atmosphere is evident throughout the centre.” Education Review Office 2016.
